Binangkal (Filipino style donuts)


3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup sugar

150 ml – 200 ml evaporated milk/ or ordinary milk
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla

Deep fryer with oil
3/4 cup sesame seed
Table spoon


In a bowl combine all dry ingredients *
In a separate bowl mix all liquid ingredients **
Combine mixture * and **
Mix well all together
Scoop 1 table spoon of the dough
Roll it into the sesame seed

Deep fry until brown
Place it in a plate with paper towel
and Serve
