Ginataang kale with dilis

Ingredients :

  • Coconut milk
  • Onions
  • Ginger
  • Tomatoes
  • Anchovies
  • Fish sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Hot green peppers (optional)
  • Chopped kale

Boil onions, ginger, and tomatoes to a pot of coconut milk

Meanwhile stir fry some anchovies

Then add the cooked anchovies, fish sauce, vinegar, and hot green peppers 

Let it boil again and and taste

Then add chopped kale

Let it boil for few minutes 

Serve
