AUP’s Medical School Pioneer Batch Passes Physicians Licensure Exam –Dr. Dejolde in Top 6

Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP), and other Adventists around the world rejoice in the Lord as the College of Medicine (COM) Pioneer batch, 2019- “Prima Lux” passed the March 2021 Physician’s Licensure Examination (PLE). Dr. Vanda Charisse Costillas Dejolde placed top six. With a 93.75% passing rate for a new medical school, this remarkable milestone will remain an inspiring history for all time.

Dr. Dejolde of Butuan, Agusan Del Norte took her BS Biology at Father Saturnino Urios University in 2015 after finishing at Grace Christian High School in 2010. She took her Post Graduate Medical Internship at Batangas Medical Center. Her parents are Demosthenes and Emalinda Dejolde.

Following are the new PLE passers, AUP’s “Five -Star Plus Physician Missionaries”: Dr. Jon Sergei J. Aclan, Dr. JesslyRose D. Acoba, Dr. Joy L. Belarmino, Dr. Alexzan D. Bernardino, Dr. Janina Bianca G. Cabili, Dr. Lexan Erdin L. Cordial, Dr. Paul Rothwel C. De Jesus, Dr. Vanda Charisse C. Dejolde, Dr. Weamirson R. Estrada, Dr. April Rae O. Garces, Dr. Eimarlouyd P. Mansaguiton, Dr. Aedrian C. Rodriguez, Dr. Andy Graham M. Rosas, Dr. Nim Franzio A. Salazar II, and Dr. Julienne Rowelie A. Sanchez.  In a private program among the group with some family members, right after the results were released, the new doctors expressed nothing but praises, credit, and glory to God the source of all their knowledge. Dr. Doris Mendoza is founding dean of the AUP COM.
